Founder/DirectorLandy Phillips is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician with more than 15 years of experience in clinical laboratory services, mobile phlebotomy, healthcare education, and workforce development. Throughout a career spanning hospitals, behavioral health, community outreach, and healthcare training, Landy has remained committed to expanding access to quality healthcare while creating opportunities for future healthcare professionals.
Through Guardian Labs, Landy combines clinical expertise with a passion for education, community service, and healthcare innovation to help improve patient care and strengthen the healthcare workforce.Markia Hudson
InstructorMarkia Hudson is a dedicated healthcare professional with over five years of clinical phlebotomy experience. She is passionate about helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, and technical skills needed to succeed in today's healthcare environment.
As Assistant Instructor at Guardian Labs Phlebotomy School, Markia provides hands-on laboratory instruction, one-on-one student support, and practical guidance to ensure every student gains real-world experience in safe and accurate specimen collection. Her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence create a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to grow professionally and personally.
