- Venipuncture and capillary collection procedures
- Order of draw, tube additives, and specimen requirements
- Infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and bloodborne-pathogen safety
- Specimen handling, processing, and pre-analytical error prevention
- Preparation for the optional national CPT examination
